PUPPY PLACEMENT POLICY
At Doodle Me This Goldendoodles, our biggest responsibility as breeders is to make sure that each one of our puppies finds the perfect family. That is why we temperament test our puppies to ensure that we can recommend the best fit. The puppies must be at least 7 weeks old for the test to be accurate. Once completed, this test will provide a better understanding of the puppies' temperament to help you make the right decision. Families choose their puppies in the order we receive their deposit, but don't worry, if none of the remaining pups suit your needs, we'll add you to another reservation litter list.
Now, let's talk Puppy Pick-Up Day! Families will choose their puppies at after temperament testing is complete. Then take them home on a scheduled day after they have had their 8 week vet visit. But before that, we update social media with weekly photographs, videos, and updates on the puppies to keep you updated on your new furry family member!
We care deeply about the health and safety of our puppies and your furry family members. Unfortunately, we can not allow you to bring your other pets to see the puppies because it's unsafe. Diseases are easily carried and passed unknowingly by visitors and can contaminate the living space. So, as much as we would love for everyone to meet and play with their puppies beforehand, it's just not worth the risk. But don't worry, you'll get to meet them once they come home with you!
At the moment, we do not ship our puppies, but we have flown a few puppies to out of state families at the cost of the family. If you're interested in this, please reach out to us, and we'll try our best to help.
We are also willing to meet or deliver a puppy up to 180 miles (one way) for $1.00/mile, but if you can't pick up your puppy on the scheduled day, that's not a problem! Just let us know at least a week in advance, and we'll take care of your puppy for an additional $25.00 per day.
